Where Printful acts on History of Persia's behalf to fulfil an order with regard to you (i.e. an end user of Printful Services), they are a data processor and collect information relating to you, such as personal data relating to the end user of Printful Services, any personal data in the printing content (where applicable), personal data revealed during the use of any Printful services, including name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and other information about the History of Persia customers.
After terminating History of Persia's relationship with Printful by deleting our Printful account or otherwise ceasing to use their Services, Printful may continue to store copies of your personal data as necessary to comply with their legal obligations, to resolve disputes between History of Persia and Printful (or History of Persia and you), to prevent fraud and abuse, to enforce our agreements, and/or to protect Printful's legitimate interests (to the extent that they are permitted by the applicable law to continue to store copies to protect their legitimate interests).

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you or your notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.
The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, History of Persia is not liable for any returned shipment.*
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.*
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Except for Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact Printful Customer Service (https://www.printful.com/contacts) and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
Therefore, Printful and History of Persia reserve rights to refuse returns at Printful's sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Shipping & Delivery
• How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders shipped within the USA will typically arrive within 8-15 business days.
During peak holiday seasons, pandemics, severe inclement weather, or related supply chain disruptions delivery within the USA should be expected within 30 business days (note that ‘business days’ excludes weekends and holidays). We’ll provide a link in your confirmation email so you can easily check the status of your order at any time.
International orders (outside of the USA) may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive. During peak holiday times, pandemics or when there is severe inclement weather, items may take up to 10 weeks to arrive.
•How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders will typically ship within 3 to 7 business days, however during peak holiday seasons, pandemics or with severe inclement weather, it may take currently up to 20 days.
• Why haven't I received my package?
Please check the tracking on your package.
If your order status shows "Delivered" and you did not receive the item, please follow up with the carrier listed on your order status page. History of Persia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please also note that order tracking information may not be up-to-date on orders outside of the USA. According to FedEx, "FedEx International Mail Service provides an additional level of visibility to your economical international shipping, however this is not a tracking process. As FedEx hands your package off to a local postal authority, there can be a lag time of 2—5 days where your package is not visible. Not every country scans their packages or performs a full set of scans. FedEx is not responsible for packages once they have been handed off to the local postal authority."
• What happens if my order is 'refused' or 'returned to sender'?
Orders that are 'Refused' or 'Returned to Sender' will be processed as a return and are not re-shipped. These include orders that could not be delivered due to incorrect address information entered during the ordering process. These types of returned orders are eligible for a refund for cost of goods (shipping is not refundable) ."
